Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. Violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
2. Fuel Policy:
The van will be provided with a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank. If not, a refueling charge will apply, including a convenience fee.
3. Pets Welcome (with a Fee):
We love pets, and they’re welcome in the van! There is a $75 per pet cleaning fee to ensure the van remains fresh and clean for the next adventure. Please keep pets off the upholstery as much as possible.
4. Mileage Limit:
Your rental includes 125 miles per day (you can fill in your mileage limit). Any additional miles beyond this limit will be charged at $.55 per mile.
5. Cleaning
Please return the van in a clean condition. All trash and personal items should be removed
6. Road Restrictions:
The van is built for adventure, but off-roading is limited to well-maintained forest roads and dirt paths. Do not drive on extremely rough terrain, beaches, or any other prohibited areas, as this could damage the van and violate the rental agreement.
7. Toll Roads:
Any tolls incurred during your trip are the responsibility of the renter. Toll violations will incur additional processing fees.
8. Late Return Fees:
We understand that adventures don’t always run on time, but please return the van at the agreed-upon time. Late returns will be charged at $50 per hour unless previously arranged.
