Note: This RV is not available for Rednecks with Paychecks events.This 2020 Forest River Wildwood RV has been garage kept when not in use. It has been outside for a total of 8 months of its 2 years. It is equipped with a bigger size refrigerator, three burner propane stove/oven. It has plenty of storage space in the kitchen area for any cooking needs. Plates, pots and pans, and eating utensils are provided. The living area features two recliners and a fold out couch to increase the sleeping area. It is equipped with an electric fireplace that can be used for heat or just ambiance. It has a color TV along with a roof antenna which picks up a local station. There is a built-in radio system that will bluetooth to your device to play through the RV. This system has two outdoor speakers, so you can enjoy the day or night under the awning while listening to your music outside. The heat and air are on a central system with a wall mounted thermostat, just like being at home. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink area with a medicine cabinet and storage next to the sink and under for bathroom amenities. The hot water tank heats the water to hot conditions in about 5 minutes. The bedroom has a queen bed with an upgraded new mattress from Ashely Furniture. Sheets and comforters are provided for your convenience. The bedroom has storage cabinets next to each side of the bed as well as over the bed. It also has a master closet. There are storage areas at the foot of the bed as well. The outside of the RV has water inlets for water hookups. It takes a 30 amp three prong outlet to power the RV, which has a 25-foot cord for long stretches to the power pole. An extension cord it provided should you need it. There is a freshwater auxiliary tank that holds 30 gallons and can be used by operating the external pump. The RV has a large storage area for fishing poles or other outdoor games, which can be accessed under the bed or by external doors. The RV features larger windows so you can enjoy your view from inside your camping location.

Everything was exactly as advertised! They set it up for me and everything I needed for my lake time was provided - from linens to paper plates! We even used the Scrabble game they provided on a rainy afternoon. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable. Ken was easy to work with on the timing for the set up and take down. We plan on this not being a one time experience!
