• Pick up instructions: The van is parked on the street of my condo complex (139 Black Label Way, Bozeman MT). The van will come topped off completely full with diesel fuel, ready to embark!
• Please note instructions on the van guide located on the dashboard for starting the van for the first time if you are not familiar with the process of starting diesel engines.
• IMPORTANT REMINDER: DIESEL FUEL ONLY!!
• As per Outdoorsy policy, it is the renter’s responsibility to return the fuel tanks with the same level of fuel with which they were provided. If you choose to not refuel or do not top off until full, you will billed for this later.
• Be cautious about taking the van onto tight dirt roads or anywhere "off the beaten path". This van has an extremely long wheel base, front wheel drive only, and no modified suspension or ground clearance. It’s perfect to pull into campsites, but be aware of the vans limits and capabilities. There is no backup camera. Please also drive very slowly when on rudded dirt roads. The suspension system is not meant for this type of terrain. Keep the van on paved roads to avoid interrupting your trip due to mechanical suspension issues.
• The cost to replace a tire, alignment, mounting, and balancing is the renter’s responsibility
• The van internal power runs off solar and also charges when driving. Keep overhead lights off when not in use and you should have plenty of power on your journey. The USB charger near the bed is powerful enough to charge phones but not laptops
• The van does not have a bathroom or shower so you should plan to treat your time in the van as you would camping.
• There is NO smoking allowed inside the van.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The van is conveniently located in Bozeman, MT, just 15 minutes from the airport. You can easily pick up the van in Bozeman using Uber from the airport. There is an additional fee of $165 if you would like the van waiting for you at the airport. Pickup and drop off times are both 10AM.
