I’m renting out my 2018 Micro Minnie 1706FB. It’s an awesome rig that can be towed with an SUV or mid-size truck and it is very easy to get off the beaten path if desired. Great ground clearance and it has dual axles so it’s a lot more stable than the single ones out there and it turns on a dime so it’s very easy to maneuver.Fully enclosed underneath so it’s very well insulated and the A/C and heater does a great job no matter the weather.A very comfortable real (not just a RV mattress) Queen size mattress bed that’ll have a clean cover on it. The table can be converted to sleep another adult or two kids. So depending on the size of people it can sleep 3-4 comfortably.Boondocking dream! It’ll come with a new (less than six months old) 3,100 watt Champion Inverter Generator that can power the A/C, microwave, TV, DVD player, etc. 3 burner stove and oven inside. Outside shower and inside too! It’ll also come with water carriers, water filter, and gasoline containers as well if desired so you can have a longer trip and not have to worry about running out of water or fuel. It also has All Terrain tires on it as well.It’ll come with a clean mattress cover on the bed inside and it’ll be clean and sanitized and the rest is up to you.The beauty of this rig is it’s light and can be towed with almost anything but it also has a real bathroom! Shower, toilet, sink, etc. 10’ power awning to make some shade or additional covered space outside. I installed a dog door in it too and it can be locked if not needed or wanted. No smoking please.
