• • Supplemental Agreement: A separate Supplemental Rental & Rules Agreement will be sent after booking and must be reviewed and signed before the rental begins or the camper is delivered/released. • Cleaning: Please return the camper reasonably clean and in good condition. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in a cleaning charge of up to $250. • Waste Tanks: Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or trash. Improper use may result in cleaning, service, or repair charges. • Smoking/Drugs: No smoking, vaping, drugs, or illegal substances inside the camper. • Damage: Renter is responsible for damage to the camper or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. • Pets: Pets must be approved in advance. No pets on upholstery. Excessive pet hair or pet-related damage may result in additional charges. • Awning: Use caution and retract the awning during wind, rain, bad weather, and overnight. Awning damage is renter responsibility. • Generator: Generator must be used outdoors only and with non-ethanol fuel. • Strong Odors: No strong-smelling foods inside the camper. • Problems/Repairs: Report any issues right away. Do not attempt repairs or make changes without approval. • Towing: If towing yourself, follow all towing requirements in the Supplemental Agreement, including sway control, clearance limits, road restrictions, and the listed speed limit. • Guest Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the camper and the actions of everyone in their group.
