Do you like camping? What about Glamping?!?!? If so you will Love my RV!Take the stress out of vacation with my rental. My RV is fully stocked with most everything that you would need in a kitchen, sheets on beds and blankets. You will just need to bring your own pillows! Also includes enough towels and wash cloths for your trip (let me know if you need extra) and soap dispensers for the kitchen and bathroom, sinks. I am happy to accommodate you any way that I can to make your trip more enjoyable and relaxing for you.I have provided some movies, books, playing cards, poker chips and and games for your enjoyment.Enjoy cooking on a grill? My RV comes with a grill that attaches to the back of the camper. This is a gas grill.Ice cream? Make your own with my ice cream maker! Just bring whatever ingredients that you need to make it.Rental basics- Must be 25 years old to rent. Must have a valid drivers license. A copy of drivers license will need to be provided. Towing information listed at bottom of this page.This RV can sleep up to 10 people but in that 10 it would comfortably hold 6-7 adults. 10 would be if smaller children were included. Queen size bed in the master, two bunk beds (1 is for smaller children only), love seat futon combo, dinette-bed. Fridge/freezer,3 burner propane stovetop with an oven, microwave, outdoor entertainment area with sink, mini fridge and a TV. Electrical awning and exterior lighting. AM/FM stereo with an Ipod/MP3 device connection. Large front exterior storage compartments, large indoor pantry and several compartments for storage. Exterior water hose on back of RV can be used as a shower or in my case I like to set a table up at the back of the camper and wash my dishes! RV has 2 slides, one in the living room area and the other in the back bunk area. Kitchen/bathroom sinks, toilet and shower in bathroom.There is a TV provided in the living room area that can also be used in the master bedroom. Please do not remove this TV or the one in the outdoor entertainment area.All tanks must be dumped prior to returning and flushed appropriately (owner will provide all equipment necessary for this). If tanks are not properly emptied there will be a $75 dump fee taken from your security deposit.Propane tanks will be filled for your trip. If you run out of propane while using camper please do not do a propane exchange as the tanks are brand new. Please refill Only! It is your responsibility to pay for this since they will be full when you first get the RV.Renter agrees to return the camper in the Same condition or better than received. If the RV is not returned in that condition (bathroom cleaned, shower clean, tables clean, floors clean, etc) there will be a Minimum $50 up to $200 fee deducted from your security deposit. I have provided all cleaning supplies you will need. Basically if you don't want to clean at all I can do that but if you halfway clean there will be a fee. If you don't want to clean at all then a fee of $200 can be charged and I will do the cleaning for you. If you need further clarification on this just message me.Only RV toilet paper can be used and I will provide this for you. Do not flush anything other than provided RV toilet paper into the toilet! Trash cans are provided with trash bags. Flushing anything other than provided RV toilet paper can clog and damage the piping system. You will not only lose your security deposit but will have additional plumbing fees that can be very costly.Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the RV. I am a non smoker and I can tell if it happens. You will lose your complete security deposit if I find ANY evidence of smoking. The great outdoors will be a perfect place for you to smoke/vape.Do not get on the roof of the RV.This trailer needs to be plugged into 50 AMPs to run efficiently. 30 will work but you will not get complete power on the AC/Heater. At no time should the trailer be plugged into any outlet without the supplied surge protector. Doing so will cause damage to the electrical system and you will lose your entire security deposit and will have additional electrical fees.Any missing or damaged items will be documented and deducted from your security deposit. You will be responsible for any amount over your $650 security deposit.TV remotes-$20.00

EBC will be inspected before you are able to haul. No refunds or time credit will be given for any rental time loss due to the issues concerning the proper installation/operation of EBC.Insurance will have to be purchased through this site Only.Please allow at least 1 hour for pick up and drop off walk through. I do work so if you are picking the RV up while I am at work we will have to make other arrangements for the walk through.If you have ANY questions at all please message me. I will be happy to work with you any way that I can and also I will provide whatever I can to make your rental easier and more enjoyable for you!
