Are you ready to enjoy a quiet night or weekend with a home away from home?We would be happy to deliver/set up or you can pick up and take to your favorite spot for relaxation and tranquility. Copy of registration and insurance of vehicle doing the towing at time of pick up.Very clean and cozy!This is a 2025 brand new 27' Starcraft Autumn Ridge bumper pull camper. Open floor plan with a full/double bed with bunk beds at the other end. Sofa will also let out into a small bed.Will come with linens, towels, coffee maker, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, plates, bathroom essentials and outdoor rug.If you need delivery and set up and your camping area does not have full hook up a dump fee is required to be added on. Even if camp ground has a dump station.If you are looking to do more primitive camping the camper is set up to hold potable water, and there will be a add on listed for a generator. You will need to supply all necessity for the generator (gas/oil).If you pick up and tow yourself you will need to have emptied or either pay for the dumping fee add on.
If tanks was to be emptied by renter and comes back full there will be a add on for the host to do so.Please treat with respect as if it was your home!

Camper is not to be moved if reservation is for delivery or pick up.
Awning is to be let in at night, during winds/storms or if camper is left unoccupied.

Any damages or theft of items will be taken out of deposit, if damages aren't covered under insurance and exceed deposit it could result in legal action which legal fees and court cost will be paid by renter.
No pets.

Awesome camper with a very easy and helpful host. The camper was stocked with necessities, everything worked perfectly on the camper, and the beds were comfortable. The shower water got hot and we had two cold nights, and the heater worked great. This was easy to tow as well- with the host making sure we were prepared. Fridge and Freezer cooled down quickly and it was helpful to have towels and travel size items for throngs we forgot.

Setup was quick and easy, Jena was flexible and the pricing was reasonable. The camper was in great shape and contained everything we needed. Highly recommend!
