Sheri's communication was spot on. I'm new to RV rental and had questions; she responded nearly immediately and kept me informed down to a small delay in the delivery time. (We had the 22 ft unit delivered and picked up as we attended an event held at a campground.)The unit was very clean and comfortable, and reasonably outfitted. The 2022 Grey Wolf had some high tech audio/video that we didn't use, but the fridge and freezer cooled off quickly and the hot water in the shower heated quickly. We didn't use the stove, oven or even the kitchen sink, but the microwave worked well as did the air conditioner. We had one small issue which Sheri took care of quickly. We showed the unit to two different parties and told them of the great customer service and they took down the number. All in all, I would highly recommend Brooksville RV Rentals, and will definitely use them again.
