• You must dump the waste water before returning the camper. A $200 dumping fee will apply if black and gray tanks are not empty upon return. • The trailer has a small battery and fresh water tank, so it may not be suitable for off-grid camping. We recommend planning for hook-ups at least every other night. • You must monitor the battery meter and keep it above 12.3v. • The water heater, mini-fridge and stove work on propane/battery. The air conditioner/heating system only works when hooked up to shore power. • We'll supply enough propane for your trip. You can purchase additional tanks at most grocery and convenience stores if needed. • Only flush RV safe toilet paper. Flushing any other items (e.g., flushable wipes, feminine products, paper towels) will lead to clogs and cause problems. • No smoking or vaping in the camper • Well-behaved dogs are welcome. No other pets, please • Wash any kitchen items you may have used • The material in the interior of the Casita is susceptible to absorbing odors, so please be mindful of strong smells when cooking certain foods and consider cooking them outside of the camper. • The camper is not childproof TOWING & ROAD REQUIREMENTS: • Vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 5,000 lbs, good brakes & tires • 7-pin connector (4-pin to 7-pin adapter won't work with trailer brakes) • Class 3 Hitch with 2" ball that is 16" off the ground (coupler height = 16") • Brake controller • Drive in tow mode • Max speed while towing is 65mph (common safety for trailers) • Do not tow the trailer down rough unmaintained, 4WD roads. • When towing, ensure everything is properly stored, and do not overload the trailer with heavy gear.
