Here are a few important guidelines to help keep your trip safe, enjoyable, and stress-free. • Before You Tow Towing Requirements: 7-pin connector, brake controller, and towing capacity of at least 5,000 lbs. Secure Before Driving: Double-check that stabilizers are up, slide-outs are in (if applicable), and all latches/cabinets are secured. Weight Distribution: Load evenly Clean & Respectful Use No smoking inside the trailer. Pets allowed with prior approval — please clean up after them. Please return the trailer clean and tidy: dishes washed, surfaces wiped, garbage removed. A cleaning fee may apply if the trailer is returned excessively dirty. Water & Tanks Fresh Water: Tank will be filled unless otherwise requested. Use for drinking, dishes, and showering. Grey/Black Tanks: Please empty before return. If not comfortable, let us know — we offer a dumping service (fee may apply). Power & Off-Grid Use Trailer is fully off-grid capable. 12V battery powers lights, water pump, and USB. Use propane for fridge, water heater, and furnace when not plugged in. Avoid using high-power items (e.g., microwave or AC) without shore power or a generator. Propane & Appliances Propane is provided. Turn off propane at the tank before towing. Use stove fan when cooking to reduce condensation. Campsite Setup Park on flat ground and engage stabilizer jacks. Use wheel chocks before unhitching.
