No smoking inside the vehicles, don't climb on the roof, no drive-thrus due to vehicle height (specific vehicle height will be explained/provided at hand off). Vehicles are not equipped to go off-roading so only drive on paved/improved gravel roads and avoid off roading on dirt/mud/sand. Gravel is okay, but not ideal due to clearance issues. You will be responsible for all cleaning fees or damages incurred if violating these rules of the road.

The van was exactly as advertised. Robby was extremely responsive and upbeat. He took all the time we needed to walk through operating the van and accessories. Everything worked perfectly, was clean and well organized. The van was easy to drive, not much different from a minivan. And it was really great to have a heater a couple nights!

We LOVED this experience. The van was awesome and extremely convenient - has so many amenities included (chairs, stove, utensils, plates, mugs, table for cooking, awning) and just really well-designed. We had room for 2 humans and 2 medium sized dogs and we didn’t feel crowded. Would definitely recommend this company and van experience!

I happen to know Chris and Shannon Royce and was so excited for them when they became part owners in the Nomad. It took awhile before I had time to take a short vacation with the van. It was a great experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The only downside was the refrigerator not working. It could have been my non-technical skills. I already had a large cooler with me and it didn't affect the trip. If you're looking for a great "glamping" experience, this is it!
