Camper is a great fit for 3-4 adults, or 2 adults and four children. We prefer to drop-off/setup reservations within 1-hour of Phoenix, but do allow renters to haul within 250 miles of Phoenix if they are experienced. Pickup options are either in Buckeye at our home or in Phoenix at my work.Drop off and pickup is available after 5pm on weekdays and until 9pm on weekends. If needed earlier than 5pm on day of booking, early pickup can the night before can be arranged, but must be requested when booking.Trailer specifications: Dry Weight 4,100 lbs ;Hitch Weight 636 lbs; Height 10' 9"; Length 26' 6". Lighted and automatic awning, sound system, black water flush system, power stabilizers, power tongue jack, bicycle/storage rack on back, full size refrigerator, microwave, TV/bluray player, A/C, furnace, camper queen bed, pull out couch, and collapsible kitchenette bed.We do have a generator available, but most state parks and RV campgrounds have electric hookups and the generator is not needed. The camper runs on a 30 AMP electric hookup. The generator and water tanks can be topped off by selecting the "Off the Grid" add-on.We include with the rental: Coffee maker, two camper chairs, fire starters, propane, lighter, linens for beds and towels (by request), board games (Yahtzee, Cards Against Humanity, Battleship, Settlers of Catan, and Apples to Apples), toilet paper (please only use our toilet paper, it is made for RV septic systems!), utensils, plates, pots and pans, vacuum, and assorted spices and coffee sweetener. We recommend you bring any creature comforts and snacks that you would need, but we have most of the basic living amenities already loaded in the camper at no additional cost!Provided with the camper after pickup will be an instructional sheet that indicates how to operate everything in the camper. If you have any questions, our cell phone numbers are included with the instructional sheet.The camper is pet friendly, but well kept and has no pet odor. We ask that your pets be well trained prior to bringing them! Please cover the furniture with one of the sheets if your dog jumps on the furniture.Contact for Burning Man and other festival pricing.
