Setup and Usage • Site Requirements: Ensure the rental site is level, equipped with proper hookups (water, sewer, and 50-amp electricity). • Walkthrough: Clients should complete a walkthrough upon arrival and departure to verify the RV's condition. • Instructions Provided: Detailed instructions for using appliances, emptying tanks, and other features can be found in the drawer under the TV. Care and Maintenance • Tank Management: Renters are responsible for monitoring and emptying grey and black tanks to avoid overfilling during their stay. • Toilet Use: Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Feminine products, baby wipes, or other items must not be flushed. • Refrigerator & Pantry: All food and beverages must be removed, and shelves cleaned out upon departure. • Cleanliness: Keep the RV clean and in the same condition as delivered. Prohibited Activities • No Pets: This RV is not pet-friendly, and pets are not allowed. • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV. • No Events: The RV may not be used for music festivals, tailgating, or parties. Safety and Etiquette • Awning Use: Only use the awning in calm weather and retract it during high winds or storms to prevent damage. • Fire Safety: Keep campfires a safe distance from the RV and fully extinguish when unattended. • Respect Quiet Hours: Follow campground quiet hours and be courteous to neighbors. Departure and Return • Trash Disposal: Properly dispose of all trash and food waste before checkout. • Condition Upon Return: The RV must be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as delivered. • Lost Items: The owner is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
