The TV is centrally located and on a swivel mount, so it doesn't matter where you sit in the room you can see it. The Elec Fireplace heater give a great ambiance during your stay. It it's cold out the heater will provide most of the heat for the entire unit. The Propane heat works fine as does the Central A/C.
