We do not provide sleeping bags, pillows, top sheets, blankets (unless requested).Kitchen:
-Microwave
-2 burner stove
-Fridge and Freezer- full RV size
-Sink for cooking and washing as well as cabinets for storageWe provide single cup coffee maker (keurig works) and 6 mugs.
We do not provide any other items for cooking, eating, cleaning (unless requested). We have found most renters prefer to bring their own items as only you know what you need. We do not provide paper towels, napkins, cleaning products, soap, etc.Bathroom:
-Tub & shower with shower curtain, skylight over the tub for extra head room
-Medicine cabinet with mirror, sink
-ToiletBring your own RV safe toilet paper - we will give what we have but don’t always have it. Scott 1000 toilet paper works and is widely available. No wipes in toilet please- they clog the system.The sewage system must be completely flushed before returning to avoid an extra charge. We provide all necessary hoses/fixtures needed to flush sewage.It also features
-Bluetooth radio/ exterior speakers- not best quality FYI
-Power awning with LED light strip. Please do not extend awning if it is at all windy also double check that you have clearance to open the awning- these break fairly easily in windy weather.
-Solar panels that power USB ports.We provide a first aid kit, tool kit, and air compressor in storage under the bench seat at dining table. We provide 4 folding chairs in exterior storage. We provide full propane tank.Add generator if you won't have access to electrical outlet. The RV plug is 30 amp. If you are boon docking you will need a generator to use the microwave, refrigerator, heating, air.

There are tons of hiking trails and great restaurants- something for everyone. The RV resort staff are friendly and they have full hookups. Plan ahead as they fill up fairly quickly in the summer. Upon return you must park it back in our driveway.Waste tanks need to be emptied before return or prepaid in advance (so cleaner can plan for it). $100 charge if not empty on return.Re: Waste Tanks - Some Pilot Truck Stops, TA Truck Stops and Maverick Truck Stops offer waste tank dumping. There are websites that can help you find nearby dumping locations.Our cleaner mainly focuses on wiping down and preparing for the next guest.
