Two adults can comfortably sleep in the rear full-size bed or in the over the cab queen size bunk. The dinette converts to a bed that is comfortable for one small adult. There are 5 seatbelts.We are conveniently located in Northern Va 25 miles from downtown Washington DC., 58 miles from Shenandoah National Park, 200 miles from Beautiful Beaches, close to many historic sites. Home of world class canoeing, kayaking and bicycling. Visit our local wineries, breweries, & distilleries. Many have overnight stays if you have the Harvest Host App.
If you are flying in form out of town to visit the greater Washington Dc area, you can make a reservation at Lake Fairfax Park (water park) or Burke Lake Park. I will set up the RV at one of these parks for you.
There is so much to do in this area, whether it is beaches, mountains, National and State Parks, National forests, or historical attractions, you will not be bored!

How many people does this RV accommodate?

This RV has 5 seat belts. All passengers must be seat belted when ever the vehicle is moving. The seat belts in the cab are the standard 3 point seat belts. There are two seat belts in the dinette and one in the lounge chair behind the cab passenger seat. These three seatbelts are lap belts. They are bolted to the chassie.

Does this RV accomodate child saftey seats.

This RV has two shoulder harness seat belts in the cab, and 3 lap belts bolted to the chassie in the RV. Two are in the dinette one is in a side facing chair behind the cab passenger seat. The front cab seats are not appropriate for child safety seats. Each state has varying laws regarding child safety seats in RVs. Please do your research about this issue. All passengers must be belted in when the vehicle is moving.
