• Towing with the motorhome is prohibited.
• No climbing on the roof at any time.
• This is a "Non-Smoking" and "Drug Free" rental. A fee of $1000 will be deducted from your deposit if smoking or drug use is detected.
• Motorhome is required to be returned with full fuel tanks. Refill charge is $6.50/gallon + $50 refill charge to be withheld from your deposit / charged.
• Motorhome is required to be returned with holding tanks empty. If not emptied a $200 charge will be withheld from your deposit / charged.
• Motorhome is required to be returned with propane tank at the same level it was rented. Refill charge is $6.50/gallon + $50 refill charge to be withheld from your deposit / charged.
• Dogs only are allowed with non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 and upon approval.
• Unit must be returned / vacated by either 3pm or one hour before campsite's check-out time on the final rental day or be subject to an additional night's charge from the security deposit.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit while under their possession.
