With four beds it can comfortably accommodate 2 families. It has a large bed over the cab, dinette, couch, and the master bedroom has a walk around queen sized bed. Included is pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dish soap, sponges, trash bags and one roll of paper towels.-The generator is great for running the air conditioner on warm days. Our RV also has a furnace for those chilly nights and mornings!-4 camp chairs, Ice Chest (can be filled with ice with notification) for additional cold storage if needed, Other items can be furnished upon request.
