Must be towed by a properly equipped vehicle rated for the trailer weight No off-road driving or rough terrain (gravel campsites OK, but no trails/woods) Maximum safe highway speeds only (no reckless driving) Do not use trailer if unsafe towing conditions (high winds, storms, etc.) 🚭 No smoking / drugs No smoking of any kind inside the camper No vaping inside No illegal drugs allowed in or around the RV     (Violation = minimum $250–$500 fee + cleaning charge) 🐾 Pets Pets allowed only if approved in advance Must be cleaned up after (hair, damage, odors) Any pet damage or odor removal will be charged 🧼 Cleanliness Return camper in reasonably clean condition Tanks must be used properly (no flushing wipes, paper towels, etc.) Grey/black tanks must not be overfilled ⛽ Fuel & propane Return propane at same level if provided full 🛠 Interior use Do not move or remove interior equipment Use bed, bunks, and furniture normally—no standing on beds or counters Keep doors/windows secured while towing 🚫 Prohibited use No festivals without approval No tailgating unless pre-approved No international travel No subleasing or commercial use 📍 Pickup / return Return on time (late returns may incur hourly fee) No unauthorized drop-offs or route changes
