Jessica and Shawn provide detailed instructions and help with hook-up. They are praised for excellent communication, accommodating requests, and making pick-up/drop-off easy. Extra amenities like a battery pack are provided.

The RV is well-kept, clean, and functional, with a good layout. It includes solar panels, camp chairs, and an outdoor stove. Guests note its easy towing, quick setup, comfort, and effective A/C. One instance of initial odor was noted.

4.0Trailer was well kept and everything worked well. Our only complaint was it had a bit of an odour when we picked it up. Some fresh air and a bit of cleaning spray did the trick, so we would recommend the windows are kept open before the next person picks up the trailer. Overall a very good experience!
