No smoking, pets allowed for a fee and extra security deposit, camper is to be returned clean and black & grey tanks emptied or else there will be a fee. We do prefer delivery and pickup with set up and take down by us for a fee but will consider renting to experienced drivers with clean DMV check. We do provide most linens and basic kitchen supplies. Can have full propane tanks and all necessary hoses and cords for hookup. No generator available. If needed to run everything then it must be to certain specifications.
