No smoking inside campers. If pets are allowed, please be mindful of upholstery. Campers must be returned in the same condition they are checked-out. If a camper is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, a cleaning fee will be assessed and charged from your security deposit. Fees can vary widely dependent on the level of cleaning needed, but we reserve the right to hold the entire deposit if deemed necessary. Campers must also be returned/ready for pickup at the stated rental end time. Campers returned up to 2 hours late will incur a charge of 50% of first nights rent. Campers returned more than 2 hours late will incur a charge of 75% of first nights rent. If the late return interferes with another booking, the late fee is increased to the full nightly rate each eight-hour period the vehicle is late plus an additional $100 administrative fee. Please ensure that your vehicle is rated and equipped to tow your selected camper. No campers will be allowed to leave without a properly equipped electronic brake controller. We can provide information on camper weights and hookups and, whenever necessary, we will provide a hitch to ensure proper hookup. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding these matters.
