Whether you're on a beautiful beach campground or deep in the forest under a canopy of tall trees, we want you to enjoy your camping experience. Our NEW Coachmen Catalina bunkhouse will be your home away from home.This camper is spacious with one slide, which can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom is located in the front, which includes a queen bed and has storage. The other room sleeps 4 people and has ample storage. What makes this camper different from most others is both bedrooms can be closed off by doors for privacy. There is in-floor heating that heats throughout the camper and a fireplace. For warmer months, there is air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable.We cannot deliver to state parks, sorry.Was ist inbegriffenThe living area includes a 39” TV, along with DVD player for days with bad weather. There is a U-shaped dinette and sofa in this area, which is perfect for board/card games or gathering and we do provide a deck of cards, poker set, and a few board games. There are USB’s throughout the camper so you can plug in your electronics too.On the outside of the camper is a kitchen that includes storage, a griddle and refrigerator. There is an electric awning with multi-color LED strip that provides a nice ambiance. On the back of the camper is a cargo rack (200 lb cap).We want to make this a hassle-free experience for you, so we provide a coffee maker, toaster, basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates/bowls for 6 (unless you need more), cups for 6, a few coffee mugs, silverware for 6 people, Tupperware, mixing bowls, cleaning supplies, trash bags/bins, hand soap, basic spices and cooking spray, matches and lighter, paper towels, rapid dissolving toilet paper, stabilizer blocks, grilling accessories, marshmallow roasting sticks, meat thermometer, flashlights, 3 regular sized camping chairs, 1 camping chair for a small child, and more.You provide pillows (all beds), bedding (all except Queen), linens (all except Queen), bathroom towels and washcloths as well as toiletries. We also have a cozy memory foam mattress topper on the queen bed, making it very comfortable to sleep on.FYI - some of the beds will not be able to accommodate adults.We always clean and sanitize between each guest(s). We pride ourselves in having a very clean space for our renters.

Because these things above cause health issues for our family if we are exposed, we will pass along the cost we incurred to remove any evidence of these things, if they are brought into our camper.We ask that you empty and flush wastewater and grey water tanks upon completion of the trip (unless you pre-pay for this service). If you pre-pay for the emptying of the black and grey tanks, it is $100. Please empty out all trash out of the camper.We are happy to deliver and set up the camper for you to make your trip even more hassle-free! The charge for delivery and set up is $4/mile, minimum of $150. This does not include the emptying of the grey/black tanks as that is a separate fee. Mileages and delivery dates can be discussed at the time of rental to review our availability. Some dates we can accommodate a longer drive time to deliver than others.Weight of the Camper -

We purchased a new camper because we are a family of 6 that enjoys traveling. When we travelled, we would either stay in a hotel or rent a house, which got to be pretty expensive. We thought this would be a great opportunity because we can also share it with others who enjoy the outdoors and need a spacious camper to rent without the hassle of purchasing, storing and having to do the upkeep of their own camper.
