Steve arrived on time and set up everything quickly. The walk through was thorough and helpful. After he left, we did notice that the outside door was really difficult to open and close so maybe it wasn't quite level, but we managed. The camper itself was just as it was pictured and met our needs well. The only issue was a couple of frozen items in the refrigerator (it was set on 4 when it arrived) but we turned it down and the rest of the food was fine. I am glad we brought our own chairs, silverware and plates. We knew we needed bedding and towels but be aware that you need to bring utensils/plates/glasses/cups too. We camped at Woodchip Campground in Byron Center with our daughters and their families. The grandkids loved it! The camper that our younger daughter rented was bigger and way less money from Facebook Marketplace. Outdoorsy is a little more expensive so we may research FB better next time. Steve came to take the camper away at the expected time. We would certainly consider renting from him again.

Steve did an excellent job staying in touch with us, and sending important reminders, along with information that made the rental process easier. I appreciated the care he showed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible while at a site with no water or waste hookup. The camper was sparkling clean. Steve was on time for drop off and pick up.

This camper is really nice and well maintained. It was the perfect size for our long weekend 2 adults and 2 small kids. My favorite feature was the under bed storage and outdoor fridge! The owner Steve is very friendly and easy to work with. We had a great experience!
