House Rules • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 cleaning fee, with additional charges if professional odor removal or repairs are required. • No climbing on the roof. • Please treat our camper as if it were your own. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can help. • Pets are welcome! Please clean up after your pet and do not leave pets unattended inside the camper. • Do not flush anything except RV-safe toilet paper provided with the camper. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, diapers, or other items. • Empty the black and gray tanks before returning the camper unless you’ve purchased tank dumping as an add-on. A dumping fee may apply. • Return the camper in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, or trash may result in additional cleaning charges. • No off-road travel. Gravel roads to established campgrounds are fine, but the camper may not be taken on rough trails or terrain that could cause damage. • Guests are responsible for securing the awning during windy conditions. Never leave the awning extended while unattended. • Please return the camper with all included equipment, keys, and accessories. • Drivers towing the camper must be at least 25 years old and have a vehicle rated to safely tow the trailer. Our goal is simple: provide you with an amazing camping experience while keeping our camper in excellent condition for every guest. Thank you for helping us do that!
