We had an amazing experience renting this RV from Savannah and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived for pickup, everything was straightforward. Savannah took the time to explain every aspect of the RV to my wife and me. As first-time RV travellers, we were a little apprehensive, but she walked us through everything so thoroughly that we left feeling completely confident. Communication before and during our trip was excellent. Savannah provided plenty of helpful information, local tips, and made it clear she was available if we needed any assistance along the way. The RV itself was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and very well cared for. It genuinely felt like a loved family RV rather than a commercial rental. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some, especially in the kitchen, where there was far more equipment than we expected. Despite never having driven a vehicle this size before, the RV was surprisingly easy to drive and handled our trip through the Rockies with ease. Everything worked perfectly throughout our six-day adventure, with two days with no hookups. The bed was incredibly comfortable and kept us warm on the colder nights. The return process was just as easy as pickup, making the whole experience completely stress-free. This was one of the highlights of our trip. The personal experience of renting from Savannah was so much better than hiring from a large RV company, and you can really tell how much care and pride she takes in looking after her RV. We’d happily rent from Savannah again and will absolutely recommend her to any family or friends planning to explore the Canadian Rockies.
