We want your trip to be as easy and affordable as possible, so we don't charge any cleaning or prep fees. The campervan also comes equipped with a Parks Canada Discovery Pass (covering entry to Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and Kootenay) and a Kananaskis Conservation Pass, so you can explore the mountain trails completely fee-free!
Louise is a professionally converted, custom-wood campervan designed for effortless, off-grid touring through Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise or wherever else your adventure takes you!InteriorThe interior is a beautiful wooden finish that is designed for comfort, space and functionality.-Kitchen: The kitchen includes a large prep area, camp stove, pots & pans, small french press, cooking utensils, plates, cups & mugs, bowls and eating utensils, and lots of space for pantry storage. Hand and dish towels are included. There is a high efficiency cooler fridge located between the driver and passenger seat - very convenient for snacks on the road!-Toilet: Inside the bench there is a Thetford self-contained toilet! Very easy to use and dump at the end of your trip - if you’d rather we can dump for a fee.-Sleeping: The bed sleeps two and is a queen size (60” wide x 76” long). All your towels, bedding, linens and pillows are provided. Above the bed is a reading light, a 10 speed roof vent and some extra fans which helps you stay cool on hot nights.-Lighting: Plenty of LED lighting installed including pot lights, two reading lights & glow lighting in the kitchen and garage storage, and a backlit water tank so you can always see how much water you have.-Storage: There is Tons storage throughout, including in the kitchen (soft close drawers), and a large 'garage' storage area under the bed for any larger gear or luggage.WaterThis campervan has a massive 132L (35 gallon) water tank and will last the average rental 2 weeks without needing to fill it. We will have it filled and ready to go for your rental! If you need to refill during your stay, the process is easy and can be done from any source of clean drinking water. There is a full size kitchen sink and a convenient outdoor shower in the back. Towels are included for your stay.PowerThis campervan has a large battery bank that has 3 ways to charge: the sun (310W solar panel), driving (120A alternator), or plugging in to shore power (40A charger). This allows for weeks of off-grid power! There are plenty of outlets and USB chargers for cell phones, laptops and tablets. The front dash is equipped with a universal phone mount for easy navigation, a USB outlet for you to charge your phone and a Bluetooth FM transmitter connection so you can play your own music.-Each rental includes a small welcome basket with some of our favorite snacks for you to enjoy!Check IN/Check OUTWe do our best to accommodate early pick-ups and late drop-offs when our schedule allows, and a few hours of flexibility is often available. We appreciated the welcome goodies and even though it rained we didn’t stress about weather since we had a comfy dry place to cook, sleep and relax after our daily adventures. Stacey & Rich went above and beyond with their kindness and generosity to make our trip the best it could be. 5.0Hosts were great! Van was great. It is a more bare minimum van in terms of no indoor shower etc. as described but perfect for getting around banff/jasper!

5.0Since we started booking our trip to the rockies, Ritchie and Stacey have been implicated in making sure our trip went flawlessly. from recommendations on spota to visits, to the free park acces . They were amazing! Super customer satisfaction orientent, they took the time to give us a full tour of Phoebe explaining her functionning. And we were sent off. The van was super clean! the bed very comfortable and everything went like a breeze during our entire trip! Upon our return Ritchie was there to greet us and took the time to listen to our wonderful adventure. He also took the time to asked us who he could have made our trip even more perfect. These two are so customer satisfaction oriented it's hard to come up with anything else that could have made our journey even more perfect! Thank you so much guys! we are looking at doing this all over again!

5.0Phoebe the Campervan had thoughtful amenities including reading and overhead lights, fans and vents, comfortable and clean bedding, and more than adequate cooking instruments/refrigeration. Stacey & Richie made pick up and drop off seamless! The van was large enough to be comfortable, but small enough that driving and parking weren’t an issue. We’d totally recommend and would rent again!!

5.0We slept great in Phoebe and she got us everywhere we needed to go comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised at how cool/comfortable we were able to keep the van at night by having the internal fans on and opening up the vent and I loved opening up the back in the morning to look at the mountains. We had family in Air BnBs that we connected with so Phoebe was mostly about transportation and a place to sleep for us and for that she was great. Loved the cooler and the ability to charge our devices while we drove. As well, Stacey and Richie were flexible and accommodating of our flight times. We had a beautiful Rockies adventure and are thankful for the RV experience we had.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We want you to have as much time in the van as possible! If your booking does not start / end on the same day as another booking we are completely flexible with the drop off & pick up time :) If your booking does start / end the same day as another booking then we kindly ask that the van be returned by 11am & picked up after 2pm. This is to give us enough time to inspect & clean the van so it in top shape! If you have questions please reach out!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Our camper has been professionally converted with functionality in mind. When you pick up the van we will give you a complete tour & go through how to use each component (takes about 10 min). We also have a video tour of the van available with explanations if you are unsure about anything!
