5.0We had a great experience with Yoho and Graham. Graham was very flexible with us as we had many travel hiccups. He was very communicative and helped us along the way, above and beyond experience! As far as the van, it was great for our quick trip up to Lake Louise area. It even ended up snowing and getting into below freezing temps. The van handled driving on a bit of ice well and it stayed insulated. Great experience, wish we could have stayed longer. Great host!! Great van!!

5.0The YOHO van was awesome! It had everything we needed. The details and thoughtfulness behind all the features are on point! The bed is super comfy and the fridge between the seats was plenty spacious. We had a really great stay. And our hosts Graham was super hospitable and a great communicator, super courteous, very accommodating and super helpful. Would definitely recommend and rent the van again! It has everything we needed for our Banff road trip from cooking essentials to usb chargers. The owners are very easygoing and had excellent communication from start to finish. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We want you to have as much time in the van as possible! If your booking does not start / end on the same day as another booking we are completely flexible with the drop off & pick up time :) If your booking does start / end the same day as another booking then we kindly ask that the van be returned by 11am & picked up after 2pm. This is to give us enough time to inspect & clean the van so it in top shape! If you have questions please reach out!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Our camper has been professionally converted with functionality in mind. When you pick up the van we will give you a complete tour & go through how to use each component (takes about 10 min). We also have a video tour of the van available with explanations if you are unsure about anything!
