Nguyen consistently responded quickly to inquiries, provided thorough explanations of the vehicle, and showed strong support by covering repair costs for unsafe tires and assisting during a breakdown.
Driving experience had safety issues
One guest reported unsafe tires, warped brakes, and a cracked windshield, which the owner was aware of. Otherwise, guests praised it as well-equipped with essentials (electricity, water, toilet), comfortable, easy to drive, and suitable for 2-3 people.
