2021 - Light and super easy SUV Towable Family Trailer

SET UP • Water pressure gauge and electricity meter MUST be used prior to plugging in hoses and cords. Damage to trailer tanks and electrical system will happen if this is not done, so please be sure to do this prior to hooking up. Safety first: • Roof Safety: Admire the view from the ground! The roof is not designed for weight and climbing can cause damage. • Smoke-Free Environment: This is a non-smoking trailer for everyone's enjoyment. • RV Toilet Paper: Please use ONLY the provided RV toilet paper to avoid clogging the septic system. • Appliance Power: All appliances work with standard 15 amp power except the air conditioner, which requires 30 amp. • Propane Safety: Always turn off the propane gas while traveling to prevent potential accidents. Pre-Departure Checklist: Inside: • Ensure all indoor faucets are turned to the "off" position. • Turn off the hot water heater and electric switch in the bathroom. • Turn off AC unit • Turn off all vent fans and close all vents • Ensure all switches are off and secure all belongings, including placing bungee cord back on kitchen cabinet • Turn off and close all rooftop vents and fans Outside: • FULLY drain hot water heater tank • Disconnect all cables and hoses. • Raise all 4 jacks. • Close awning • Fold away steps • Secure the door handle • Check tire pressure • Remove and store wheel chocks AFTER trailer is attached to vehicle Additional Reminders: • Black and Grey Tanks MUST be fully emptied and black tank rinsed prior to drop off. Trailer includes a black tank flush for rinsing out black tank. • If water tank is used, that must be fully emptied as well. • No smoking or vaping inside the trailer.
