Our experience this camper van was top-notch. This was my boyfriend and I's first time renting one, and Frank ensured we felt confident and had everything we needed for a great trip. His communication was timely and professional, and pick up and drop off were a breeze. The van handled the drive to Banff with ease. There was a slight maintentance issue that arose with the van the day before our trip, and he took the necessary steps to ensure it didn't impact our trip to an extreme extent. The van was clean, spacious and had really great ammenities including a camping table, folding chairs, and a cooler. The bed was comfy, too! Definitely recommend.

Sprinter van was newer and a dream to drive/camp with. Everything worked nicely and as described/expected. Amenities were much appreciated. Easy to pick up and drop off per owner’s instructions. A first time user might need more guidance about how everything works, but since we have rented Mercedes sprinters before, we were pretty knowledgeable. We felt safe in this vehicle, too. Highly recommend.

From the moment we booked through the end of our 11-day trip, Frank was incredibly responsive and helpful. The pick-up and drop-off process was completely seamless. The van itself is meticulously cared for and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. It is exceptionally well-maintained and features modern specs like adaptive cruise control, which made driving an absolute breeze. Frank thoughtfully supplied all the camping basics, including outdoor seats and a table. We slept incredibly well thanks to the plush mattress and insulated window covers that kept us warm at night. What truly set this van apart was its off-grid capability. We stayed at campsites without shoreline hookups during a fire ban, meaning we had to cook inside - yet the robust battery system easily handled all our needs. The large potable water tank was fantastic, and having an outdoor shower to quickly rinse off after a long hike was a game-changer. If you are looking for a beautiful, fully-equipped camper van with a top-tier host, I cannot recommend Frank highly enough!

The van was fantastic for my weekend of camping! Smooth ride, comfortable bed, and necessities available. There are some great ad ons (i.e. shower), and the microwave came in handy for the days I wanted to spend more time outdoors. :) Frank was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed.
