Thorough explanations and prompt communication
Alexander provided thorough explanations of RV mechanics and responded quickly. He was punctual for delivery and pick-up. One guest reported unresponsiveness to a hot water issue and kept a damage deposit.
Clean, well-equipped, and spacious
The Avenger was consistently described as super clean, comfortable, and spacious for families, equipped with all necessary bathroom and kitchen items. One guest reported issues with the fridge not cooling and an inconsistent hot water tank.

5.0Alexander was very thorough explaining the mechanics of the RV. The RV was equipped with everything needed for our stay. Although we really didn't really spend a whole lot of time at the RV since we were staying in the gorgeous Banff National Park, we would definitely rent this again if we return!

5.0Trailer was clean, handled and setup beautifully. Alex and company communicated easily and quickly. Newish to RV lifestyle, but will recommend him to friends in future in Calgary area.

1.0Fridge raider as not working very well, good was warm, hot water tank did not consistently work. Host was as unwilling to come out to look at the hot water tank. I paid for a post trip cleaning but the host kept 100 of my damage deposit I would not rent from this particular host
