4.0Everything was okay about this trip - I did find the trailer was not cleaned well prior to our trip and everything was not well organized. I have rented trailers in the past and just found that they have been more organized and set up for renters better. This trip felt more difficult and harder to figure everything out, also not everything worked properly (water gauge for the tanks, water pressure in the trailer).

5.0The pick up and return was very easy. The trailer had everything you would need for a trip. Camping chairs, lighter, plates and dishes. Even a few toys for the kids. If you are used to a tent trailer, the hitch lock is a bit different and was a bit confused with taking it off but that's on my part just make sure you ask when you do pick it up.
