1The host gave us a trailer that was not properly cleaned, floors were gritty and counters were streaky. The bedroom door was broken off and basically leaning creating a major hazard. The entry doors didn’t work well either. We wanted to pick up early and so he said there’s be a $65 fee which we were fine with. We returned the trailer tidy and swept. We emptied the dirty water. We did not know we needed to empty fresh water however. Otherwise we were very respectful and gentle with the trailer. The owner kept our ENTIRE $500 deposit because he DISHONESTLY reported that we didn’t empty the dirty water and that there was a cleaning fee. Miraculously it all added up to the entire $500???? I do not recommend this renter.
