Welcome to your next getaway home on wheels. Class C License needed Only. (You do not need a Class A license.) This RV is 30 feet, sleeps up to 4 and has 2 slides in the spacious bedroom and dinette areas. The bedroom contains a full-size bed, plenty of storage and a TV with built-in DVD player. Wood floors make it feel like home and allow for easy cleaning. The V10 motor is powerful and smooth. Complete with AC, Furnace, 75-gallon Fresh Water tank, 30 black, 30 grey, large propane tank, and a 75-Gallon gas tank for travel and generator use. Up front is an excellent stereo system with navigation, a back up camera and TV with Blu-ray DVD player. Two large captain's chairs can swivel 360 for extra seating. This coach has a Stove/Oven, Microwave, and Large Fridge/Freezer, and Bathroom with stand up shower. Please see below for items provided during your rental.In order to keep our home nice, we do not normally allow desert or on sand camping. Please ask if your destination is similar on case by case basis. Normally RV parks or destination with designated RV spots are preferred, and max two pets allowed under 20lbs. Please see below for additional details.- Daily Rate: $180/Day, 3 Night Minimum.
- After 3rd Night, rate drops to $160/Night
- Weekly Rate: $160/night
- Gas & Propane will be full upon rental (Please return gas as received or there will be a $300 fee for Gas. (Gas tank is utilized for generator as well as engine.)
- A dump fee of $40 will be assessed if not empty upon return.
- Professional cleaners will thoroughly clean the outside and inside of the rig prior to departure - please return in same condition or a $200 fee will apply (from deposit).
- Either pickup in Camarillo or Local Delivery Destination Options within 20 miles (Extra $100 Includes Delivery AND Pickup. If we are unable to pickup, $50 will be deducted.)
Mileage/generator hours limited. RV has solar and inverter for power.
