Almost New 2018 Heartland Xtrerme Light ElkRidge E326We have a family of four and gently use our trailer just a couple times a year in the summer, for the rest of the time we would like to share it with whoever has the time and means to do so. We are a non smoking family who does not have any pets.Our travel trailer is set up to sleep 9 people (1 queen bed in private bedroom, 3 bunk beds with privacy door (and large storage areas under bottom bunk), as well 2 double beds that doubles as the table/sitting area. There is a large amount of storage space under queen bed, above head of queen bed, and a closet on each side of queen bed.
One full bath with toilet, sink, above sink storage/vanity/mirror, shower and tub and the 2nd half bath in private bedroom.
Kitchen is set up with double basin sink, cutting boards, 3 burner gas range, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and full pantry.
This trailer has 2 slides out which gives a nice open feel to the kitchen dining space and bunk beds area.
Trailer has easily controlled heat and AC, with awning to shield from rain and hot sun.We will provide you with 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, shower curtain, bath mat. Kitchen will have some pots and pans, some cooking utensils, knifes, cutting boards, minimal kitchen towels/rags, dish soap. (We do ask that if any of our kitchen items are used that you please wash them after use).Things that you will need to bring- You will need to provided bedding you might need, pillows, bath towels, personal toiletries, hair dryer, extra RV toilet paper (can't flush regular TP in trailer toilets), dishes/eating utensils (we always use paper/plastic for easy clean up), garbage bags, extra kitchen towels/rags, paper towels. We suggest bringing a big cooler for large items that don't fit in the fridge.We can at times deliver and pick up for a charge of $5/mi
