Basic cleaning is expected (trash removed, dishes washed, spills wiped). Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. ⸻ Setup & Use Do not climb on the roof. Do not flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. Follow all provided instructions for appliances, slide-outs, and awning use. Awning must be retracted during wind, rain, or when unattended. • Trips over 80 miles must meet 5 night reservation minimum.
