If either the gray or black water tank is not empty you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. • Return the trailer clean and in the same condition as received, cleaning supplies are provided • Do not climb on the roof • Avoid deep frying or cooking foods with strong orders inside, use the outdoor kitchen for these items • Notify us immediately of any damage or maintenance issues • Do not attempt repairs yourself unless authorized • Return with full propane tanks or $50 per tank will be charged • No off-roading is allowed other than public campgrounds with planned access roads • Late returns may result in additional charges of $10 per hour
