Thorough instruction, unexpected charge disputes
Yamin provides detailed walkthroughs and responsive support during trips. However, several renters report unexpected fees and disputes regarding mileage, late returns, and dumping at drop-off.
Easy to drive, recurring appliance faults
Guests praise the RV's ease of driving, cleanliness, and stocking. However, common issues include significant wear and tear, uncomfortable main bed, and a fridge/freezer that frequently fails to keep food cold.
