5.0Dan and Andrea were great to work with. They accommodated our complicated schedule amazingly. The RV was exactly as described and worked very well for our needs. They handled the delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup and were very understanding when Mother Nature made a mess and caused delays. We will definitely work with them again in the future. Thank you so much.

5.0I am a first time renter. Starting off, the outdoorsy.com website was very easy to navigate. The professionalism Dan and Andrea provided with the delivery of their camper, the set up, and the care and dedication of their equipment and the services they provided for us, in the future, I will start my search for travel accommodations at outdoorsy.com and be ever thankful that they introduced me to such a wonderful couple as Dan and Andrea.

Häufig gestellte Fragen
F.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexibly, we try to stay within the campsites check-in/check-out times. If the renter needs a different time, just coordinate with us ahead of time. We have to have the paperwork signed and walk throughs done together. Thank you.
F.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Lighting the oven's pilot is a little tricky, and will need to be taught, but it's easy. But we go over all the basics of our Puma, so you'll be a pro!
F.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We set the whole Puma up and tear it all down for you, but we'll certainly show you how it's all hooked up. We want you to have a great stay in our Puma!
