Our RV has plenty of room for your family and friends! We have a 38ft Open Range309BHS. Sleeps 10 .It offers 3 oversized slides. The back opens up to a bunk house. In there we have 2 double beds with bunks on top. 1 queen in living area. 1 queen in master. 1 bathroom. 2 TV’s, 2 AC’s, 6 cu. ft. Refrigerator, Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven and Microwave (Fully stocked kitchen) ,Outside awning with LED lights and speakers (Must be closed when leaving RV site),Radio AM/FM, AUX, CD player, DVD player, 32Inch TV in living area, 32 inch TV in bunk room.We do not allow you to climb onto or sit on the roof of the RV.While staying in a campground with full hook ups we require the waste lines to be hooked up and the grey water tank left open to avoid flooding in the camper. Dry camping will need to be approved so feel free to contact us.Absolutely NO smoking in our RV. This will result in forfeiture of your security deposit for odor removal.You are required to inform us of any animals you will have in the RV. NO cats are allowed. Failure to inform us of your pet will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.No electric heaters allowed.We will deliver the RV upon approval depending on availability and distance and will include a fee. Please contact us for prior approval.
