This was my first RV rental experience, and Andrea and Jeff were AMAZING! From my initial inquiry through the return process, they made everything straightforward and stress-free. As a visual person, I appreciated being able to view the RV before booking. Andrea was accommodating, responsive, and answered all my questions, which made me confident booking it for our family trip from VA to SC. On pickup day, Andrea thoroughly explained the RV’s features and provided a detailed instruction manual. Both she and Jeff encouraged us to reach out if we needed help—and as first-time RV renters, we did! Jeff patiently walked us through operating the extension slide and later helped us prepare for our trip home. His calm and supportive approach definitely eased my nerves. The RV performed great, and our total round-trip fuel cost was about $400, much less than I expected. Overall, we had a wonderful first RV experience.
