Justin and Tammi are excellent communicators, providing detailed van overviews, thorough walkthroughs, and quick responses to questions, even assisting with app issues. They are also pet-friendly, making pickup and return efficient.
Drives great, easy to maneuver
The van drives great, averaging 16 MPG, and is surprisingly easy to maneuver and park despite a tight cockpit. It's clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Note: the awning is disabled.

5.0Justin was a great communicator, and gave a detailed, succint overview of the van. Van drove great, averaging approx 16 MPG. Intererior was in decent, clean condition. Note that the awning was disabled, which was not an issue for us, and we would not have wanted the liability due to the cost to fix. Thx Justin!

5.0We really enjoyed our trip in the Winnebego 59K. We are very grateful that we were allowed to bring our dog. We tried extra hard to be neat and respectful of the van since they allowed our dog. Justin was very helpful in going over how everything worked in the van. We called him twice with specific questions and he cheerfully went over our questions. One thing to know is you need the Outdoorsy app to sign out the key, so we had to install that in his driveway and then call Outdoorsy to get it all working properly, but Justin helped us through it. We would certainly rent this can again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Let's make it a plan to communicate with each other of any potential flexibility in pick up and drop off. We are more than happy to accommodate the best we can for a smooth and prepared check-in to get you on the road as soon as possible. There may be less flexibility with check out and is subject to the availability of the vehicle for another guest who might be looking for flexibility in their check-in as well. Any questions or needs outside of the dots, reach out and let's chat about it!

I would like to hook up to city water for the duration of my reservation. Is this possible with your rig?
A.
Technically, yes. The city water connections to fill the tank and hook up to any water source is located in the rear of the vehicle when the doors are ajar. While actively using the city water, there is no way to close and secure the doors shut to the rear of the vehicle. We would recommend filling the tank and connecting to water fill up on an as needed basis. Also, never leave the vehicle unattended while hooked up to water connections to avoid flooding and potential damage to your property.

What's the toilet and shower situation?
A.
One key item we were so focused on with our Winny purchase is the rear bath offering fairly spacious bathroom for the vehicle size on a class B right. The Travato 59K features a rear bath and full wet shower. The toilet is a gravity flushing toilet accompanied with a black tank for easy removal of wastes. The shower is able to be expanded to a rear outdoor shower with the rear doors ajar and outdoor shower kit installed correctly.
