This clean and very well kept (29' interior space 33' hitch to bumper) travel trailer sleeps up to 7 adults comfortably (9 if children double up on the couch and dinette). Equipped with a queen bed master quarters, 3 bunk beds in the back, U shaped dinette sleeper and a fold down couch. Full kitchen including a sink, cooktop, stove, fridge/freezer, 6 gallon hot water heater, and a microwave. It includes an outdoor kitchen with a sink and sprayer, cooktop, and AC refrigerator. The full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a shower/small tub combo. The camper has a lot of internal and external storage. It is equipped with an AC air conditioner and propane heater. A small tv is located in the main living area, connected to a radio and dvd player. The camper also has external speakers. We are a short distance to all that Colorado has to offer. -If you are dry camping and do not dump your waste a mandatory $140 dump charge will be added. If you choose to dump yourself you must dump the black tank first, then the gray tank. A see through dump elbow is provided so you can ensure that the tank is empty. Always dump the grey tank AFTER closing the black tank valve.
