Experience pulling something this large is a Must when on roads with high speeds or tight turns. We will provide weight distribution bars to help vehicles with load transfer, however, certain vehicles may not be suitable for pulling. In this case, Delivery/Pickup is your best option. A 7-Pin Trailer Plug Connection and Electric Brake Controller, are a must for pulling something this heavy. THE Renter Must Have ALL. Delivery/Pickup is available. ***Delivery Info:*** Please keep in mind with current fuel prices delivery fees may seem expensive but are necessary. Delivery prices are $200 for 0-30 Miles and $300 for 31-60 Miles. The system shows it per mile after 30 miles This IS NOT Correct anything from 31 to 60 miles is a $300 flat fee. I can and will adjust the fee accordingly in the cart prior to approval. ALL delivery fees are calculated based on the miles listed using Google Maps from the 17202-zip code. This FEE includes delivery and camper setup as well as pick up and camper teardown and Sewage Disposal. THE Renter IS Responsible FOR Trash Disposal AT THE Rental Site; all campgrounds have dumpsters. All you must do is show up to camp, have a good time, and head home. If you have owned a Camper before you know that the setting up and tearing down is a very tedious and time-consuming process, having someone else set it up and take it down is worth the money. I Thank You in advance. ***Basic Info:You will be provided with all basic kitchen utensils and needed items to prepare food. Also included are any items needed to maintain the trailer I.E. Jacks, Wheel Chocks, sewer hoses water hoses, ETC…. We ask that you provide your OWN linens, pillows, and towels for peace of mind that they have been cleaned properly. We ask that you ensure your destination can accommodate the 34-foot length of the trailer and provide an electrical hookup with a minimum rating of 30 Amps. Not all campgrounds provide water or sewer at the site so keep that in mind. We ask that you bring fresh potable water to cook with and drink. Please DO NOT consume the water from the holding tanks. If you have a city water hookup a filter will be provided however again I DO NOT recommend consuming the water. I use it for the shower, toilet and to wash dishes at most.Recommendations:We enjoy local camping in areas such as Caledonia State Park and places as far away as Raystown Lake (PA). We are conveniently located less than 15 miles (20 Mins) from the Gettysburg National Military Park/Battlefield and only 12 Miles from the Gettysburg KOA Campground. We will provide delivery service for the fee on the listing if you cannot tow the trailer. Reserving a spot at any Campground is the sole responsibility of the "Renter". Please make sure that there is enough space to park a 34-foot-long Travel Trailer and a minimum of a 30 AMP Electric Hookup, Sewer and water connections are not mandatory but very nice to have.Other Things:We do not mind well-manned pets being left in the trailer during the day it does have proper AC and Heat to keep them comfortable. However, we do ask if they have any issues with being left alone please create them in the trailer. If they do have accidents, please do your best to let us know Asap when you return the trailer so we can get it deep cleaned. Please NO Smoking OR Vaping OF ANY Kind IN THE Trailer. ANY Smell OF Cigarettes OR Anything Else Smoked IN THE Trailer Will Result IN THE Forfeiture OF Your Deposit TO Have THE Entire Trailer Professionally Cleaned. Please BE Respectful OF Others Property.

Had an issue in the camper that was minor but quick response and resolved the issue I had! It was a great experience never rented an rv before so if I have to again then will definitely use Nicholas again
