• No cats • No festivals • No smoking • The fees to clean any of the above items will be deducted from your deposit if violated. • You must return the RV in the same condition it was rented to you. If it is not cleaned, we will deduct an additional $250 cleaning fee from your deposit. • You will be responsible for all inspection and cleaning fees if you violate these policies. • If you run out of time to fill propane or gas, we are happy to take care of it for a $50 fee + cost of gas and / or propane refill and Outdoorsy processing fees. We will deduct from your deposit. • Solar panel will charge cabin batteries. It will not power major appliances or electrical outlets. This unit is not for boondocking. • Please let us know if you break something so we can repair it for the next guest. We only ask that you treat our home on wheels like you would your own. We will deduct repairs from your deposit for $50 fee + cost of repair and Outdoorsy processing fees.
