The kitchen will be outfitted with cookware (i.e. Pots and Pans), plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, fresh dishtowels, dishsoap, dish drying rack. Small coffee pot, and filters also included.The bathroom will come with 3 rolls of black tank safe toilet paper, fresh hand towels, hand soap, and a box of Kleenex. Bath towels will need to be brought by the renters.Bedding: We will provide fresh mattress pads and fitted sheets and a light blanket for all sleeping areas, renters will need to provide any desired sleeping pillows and extra blankets desired.There will also be small floor mats around the camper to help keep the camper floor tidy.Outside: 4 camping chairs will be provided as well as a larger area type rug for outside the camper.Delivery and pickup within 50 miles of Charlevoix, MI with complete setup and tear down. - Security deposit: 465,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 139,50 €. This fee will cover preparing and cleaning/sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This also covers the emptying of the black and gray tank.

It was perfect for our small dog family. Two adults two smaller goldens. The communication was exceptional from the hosts, they set it up a day early for us on our sight, and the camper itself was great, including everything in it. Only hiccup was it is actually a 23 footer and advertise as a 27 footer as that includes the tongue. But that was very minor and it fit our little family perfect!

Thanks Austin! I can’t actually believe that we had the footage wrong. Literally just went out and measured it, it was sold to us by the dealer as a 26’ 11” so we just never checked. Nice catch, we’ll update our listing. Thanks again!

The camper was awesome! Had everything we needed including chairs and a coffee maker. It was VERY clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
