Great RV for up to 8 people! Spacious, Comfortable, Reliable! Storage, storage, storage!Our RV is very clean and very well maintained. 1 King bed, bunk house, pull out couch into a full sized bed (with mattress topper), and dinette that makes into a twin bed. 2 Slides. Dual A/C. Roku enabled Hdmi TV's. Plenty of space to store clothes, beach toys, and anything else you might need. DVD players on main TV and in both bunks with IR headphones. Gas range/oven and convection microwave. Linens, towels, and kitchen basics are included. Just bring your food and clothes and you are ready to roll!This RV is very easy to drive with back up and side view cams to assist.Pick up: 4:00PM (Flexible)
Plan to spend at least an hour before pick up going over functions and features.Drop Off: 3:00PM-Dumping Charge: $50.00 dumping charge if black and gray tanks are not emptied upon return.-Fuel Tank: $25.00 plus fuel costs if gas fuel is not topped off upon return.-Propane Tank: $50.00 plus fuel costs if propane tank not topped off upon return.-Additional Cleaning Fee: $100 if RV is not returned in the same condition as when it was picked up plus any additional costs to restore it to rentable condition.Upon sending a rental request, please send a supplementary message with the following information:
