Rambler is a 2017 mid-roof Ford Transit van crafted by VanDOit! in their DO model set up. Their vans are custom built with a modular style to allow customization which we help provide for each renter. We can adjust the number of seats and/or bedding to accommodate your specific Nomad adventure!The van comes equipped with an electric water pump and hose for trail showers or doing the dishes. The van also comes with a dual burner camp cooktop, collapsable kitchen table, all basic kitchen/grill utensils, and place setting for up to 4 (Bowl, plate, cup, fork, and knife). Salt, pepper, olive oil, cleaning towels.For sleep time we have up to 2 full size bed platforms w/ mattress, sheets, comforter, and 2 pillows per bed. This van can go from one single bed for maximum space to sleeping 4 and everything in between. We'll make sure it's set up best for your trip and needs!For downtime we include 2 camping chairs and 1 hammock.Power comes in many ways as we have 300ah battery bank, 400W solar power, shore power hookup (cord and select adapters included), and a 2000W inverter with 5 AC outlets throughout.Touch screen radio is Apple & Android auto ready with bluetooth or USB.Ample storage space, dual Maxx air fans with In & Out air options to create your own flow, awning, and passenger swivel seat w/ desk table, and leather driver & passenger seats.Rambler is ready for the road and makes driving a campervan as comfortable as possible. This was our first time renting a campervan, and Robby was a great host! He gave us a detailed walkthrough of the van with lots of helpful tips and tricks that gave us a lot of comfort in our new adVANture. If you are interested in eventually purchasing a van like me, I highly recommend renting one first to try it out. It’s a big investment. We did just that with Nomad Be Happy. Robby Eskridge with Nomad Be Happy was incredible. Very helpful, friendly, and patient! The van was immaculate and Robby thoroughly went over all aspects of how to use it. No smoking inside the vehicles, don't climb on the roof, no drive-thrus due to vehicle height (specific vehicle height will be explained/provided at hand off). Vehicles are not equipped to go off-roading so only drive on paved/improved gravel roads and avoid off roading on dirt/mud/sand. Gravel is okay, but not ideal due to clearance issues. You will be responsible for all cleaning fees or damages incurred if violating these rules of the road.
