• To comply with campground checkout policies, we will arrive at least 1hr prior to checkout to begin breaking down the exterior of the camper. • No smoking or vaping inside camper, No Pets inside camper (owner allergy); we will have to charge a $500 cleaning fee for violating this rule. •RV toilet paper only in toilet. No wipes, paper towels or feminine products in toilet. These items do not dissolve and will clog pipes resulting in a $200 fee. •If you are dry camping we will supply a full tank of freshwater (45 gallons), but you are responsible for any additional water. Dry campers are also subject to a dump fee to empty waste tanks at the conclusion of your stay. •If there is damage to the unit the cost of repair/replacement will be deducted from the security deposit per Outdoorsy policy. If damages exceed the security deposit & trip insurance, your payment method may be charged for any outstanding balance per Outdoorsy policy. • Festival & Tailgating Policies: • Please note that all music festivals, multi-day outdoor events, and sporting tailgates require our approval and are subject to a mandatory $100 per night event surcharge. • What the surcharge covers: This fee covers the increased operational wear-and-tear, heavy generator use, professional deep-cleaning, and exterior detailing required after high-capacity events. • What the surcharge does NOT cover: This fee is not insurance or a damage waiver. It does not cover any physical damage, missing inventory, stains, or system misuse. • Security Deposit: Any physical damages, broken components, or excessive neglect will be documented and deducted separately from your $2,500 security deposit per Outdoorsy policy.
